    Tony brings his light-hearted fun and sage wisdom all into one package. The 11 laws he shares in this book are all well thought out, and you can see the amount of effort he has put into this book. If you need motivation to become fit, this book will give you that and the added bonus of helping you turn your life around. Tony not only brings his own experience in, but that of other highly credible people as well. Every law is backed with a personal and professional testimonial. This book is as much of a journey through Tony's life as it is him giving life advice. If you want a guide on building a foundation for a better you, this is a must read! Each sentence feels as if you're having this wonderful conversation with Tony. He's made things simple to understand and to apply. Absolutely loved reading this book, and would recommend this to anyone who wants to make a change in their life, big or small.

    It was a good book. It had simple rules that would be helpful in having a fun and productive life. As a physician he said alot of the thing that I try to get across to my patients.
